-A Working plan- It could be more or less detailed. When you prepare a working plan, you had better be more
sincere and use a less formal language. A working plan is usually used inside the company or firm. That is why you
do not need to print it on paper of high quality or binders.
-A Presentation plan- it contains the information of your working plan and it is still good the language you
use to be less formal. The only difference is that a presentation plan is usually used outside the company and is
shown to bankers, investors etc.
-An Electronic plan- it is usually as a presentation or an electronic document. Nowadays, it is widely spread
as the electronic plans could be sent easier and faster to bankers and investors outside the company.
Having a well-organized plan which is very detailed and accurate is not the only thing which you need if you
would like to be successful. Before starting to create any kind of plan, you should be absolutely sure what you
need the plan for otherwise it will probably not be successful. There are several reasons you may need a business
plan for therefore there are several approaches and you need to be familiar with all of them.
-You can use your plan to help you raise some money. You should focus on the financial aspects of your
company or firm such as cash flow, statements etc. If your aim is to get a loan, for example, you should show the
investors that they could have a favorable return.
-If you would like to attract good employees with your business plan then you should focus on what more your
company is going to give to the employees than the others. And why should they choose to work for you.
-Showing your suppliers that you are an important client could also be a reason for a business plan. In that
case, you should focus on your lack of debts for example.
